George Danenhauer is Counsel in the firm’s Corporate Department and is a member of the Investment Management Group. George represents public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, securities offerings and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, George served as an associate with the firms Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in New York, New York and Riordan & McKinzie in Costa Mesa, California.
