Although the foreclosure crisis hit communities across the country, research indicates that African-American, Latino and other minority homeowners suffered disproportionately, as have communities of color. The Metropolitan Policy Program at Brookings will host a discussion, moderated by Kenneth Zimmerman, Chair of the Lowenstein Center for the Public Interest, with experts and practitioners involved with community revitalization and civil rights.
