Claudia Zimmer is an associate in the Investment Management Group of the Corporate Department in Lowenstein Sandler's New York office.
Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Ms. Zimmer practiced at Thacher Proffitt and Wood LLP in New York (2007-2008) as an associate in their Structured Finance Group. While there, she represented issuers, underwriters, sellers and servicers in public and private offerings of residential mortgage-backed securities. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Zimmer was a portfolio analyst at Dreman Value Management in Jersey City (2003-2004); Ms. Zimmer was also a research assistant in the Large Cap Growth Equity Group (2001-2002) and a portfolio assistant in the High Grade Fixed Income Group (1999-2001) at Evergreen Investment Management Co. in Boston.
