Adrienne Isacoff will present on several topics at a Lorman Education Services Seminar on Construction Lien Law in New Jersey. Major amendments to the Construction Lien Law have been adopted by the NJ Assembly and are expected to be adopted by the Senate in the fall. Attendees will learn how to discuss special issues relating to commercial projects, recognize lien claim filing procedures for residential contracts, review alternate remedies and implement business procedures to assure their ability to file a lien.
