Adrienne Isacoff will speak on "Filing Lien Claims for Work on Residential Contracts" and "Enforcement Actions for Residential and Commercial Projects" at the Lorman Seminar focusing on the 2011 Amendments to the Construction Lien Law. The presentation will discuss how the Amendments affect large scale townhouse, condominium and mixed-use projects, procedural and timing changes to filing and service requirements on residential and commercial projects, the new definition of the Lien Fund, and changes to enforcement actions. The new statutory lien forms will be discussed and provided as part of the seminar materials. Lien and bond claims on municipal projects will also be covered in the seminar.
