Carl Hessler is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate Department and a member of the Tech Group. Mr. Hessler focuses his practice on venture capital financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counseling for emerging companies.
Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Mr. Hessler interned with the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division and the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office. Mr. Hessler worked as a corporate paralegal in Silicon Valley prior to attending law school.
