Cindy Hanna is an associate in Lowenstein Sandler’s Corporate Department where she focuses on public and private merger and acquisition transactions, as well as corporate finance transactions, such as initial public offerings, registered direct offerings and other public securities offerings. In addition, Cindy counsels clients on corporate governance matters and securities laws compliance.

Cindy co-manages the Lowenstein Sandler Veterans Justice Initiative, a pro bono program dedicated to providing legal assistance to veterans residing at Community Hope, a New Jersey-based facility for veterans faced with mental health and substance abuse issues. Cindy is also accredited to practice before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
