Byron L. Hing is Counsel to Lowenstein Sandler's Corporate Department where he specializes in venture capital and angel investments as well as M&A involving venture-backed companies. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hing was a corporate associate at Latham & Watkins LLP in Menlo Park, CA, where he served as counsel for public and private companies in various corporate transactions, including preferred stock financings, convertible debt bridge financings, shelf-takedowns, PIPE financings and public and private M&A transactions. He was previously a corporate associate in the New York office of Clifford Chance, where his practice included work in the firm's Corporate Finance and Financial Products Groups.
