Brock M. Cusick is an associate in the firm’s Corporate / Investment Management Group.
Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Mr. Cusick served as an Intern with the New York Stock Exchange Enforcement Division investigating broker/dealer compliance with NYSE rules and regulations.
During law school Mr. Cusick served as President of the Cardozo Federalist Society and as founding member and President of the Cardozo Chapter of Just Democracy.
From 2001-2002, Mr. Cusick acted as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley, where he prepared investment portfolios and financial plans for clients.
