Bernard J. Cooney is an associate in the Lowenstein Sandler Litigation Department and a member of the White Collar Criminal Defense Group. His practice focuses on litigating complex civil and white collar criminal matters.
From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Cooney served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Steven L. Lefelt, New Jersey Appellate Division, in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Prior, during the Spring of 2005, Mr. Cooney served as an Appellate Intern at the New York City Department of Law, Corporation Counsel in New York.
