Brian J. Beatus is a Member of the firm’s Litigation Department. He focuses his practice on IP litigation and counseling companies regarding their IP. Over the past decade, Mr. Beatus’ practice has included a broad range of technologies including, computer hardware, software, semiconductor devices and fabrication, signal processing, data communications, cellular telephone equipment, and mechanical devices. In addition, Mr. Beatus has extensive experience representing major U.S. and foreign corporations in federal district courts, at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and at the International Trade Commission.
Previously, Mr. Beatus served as a partner at Kenyon & Kenyon in New York, and for five years as a partner at the Silicon Valley office of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP.
