Andrew Zimmerman is Counsel to Lowenstein Sandler’s Litigation Department and a member of the Insurance Coverage group. Andrew represents business policyholders in coverage disputes with their insurers, with particular focus on the construction industry. He assesses, develops and prosecutes insurance claims under a variety of insurance policies and insurance programs and has experience evaluating clients’ available insurance coverage to identify sources of recovery and avoid exclusions and other forfeitures of coverage.

Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Andrew was an associate at K&L Gates LLP.
