On June 11, John Sherwood will discuss "(Not So Free) Sailing Around the World" Cross Border Restructuring. Although once primarily a feature of large cases, foreign subsidiaries and their impact on U.S. bankruptcies are becoming a feature in cases of all sizes. This panel will describe their experience in dealing with these issues as well as outline potential pitfalls to avoid and strategies for effectively managing cross border cases.
