Anthony Raymundo relishes analyzing complex or novel issues and sharing with clients – many of whom are starting their first company or undertaking a first fund-raising – what he’s learned from working with other start-ups. Whether he’s working on a venture financing, a corporate merger or an angel investment, Anthony’s collaborative approach helps his clients better understand how to manage their businesses and reach their goals. Anthony is adept at navigating the technical issues of deals and crafting practical solutions that fit clients’ business needs.
Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Anthony was an associate at a San Francisco-based law firm, where he represented a diverse client base ranging from start-ups to large public and private corporations in all aspects of general corporate counseling and complex corporate transactions, with particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity financings and securities compliance.
Away from the office, Anthony can be found snapping photos of everything from San Francisco’s lovely vistas to his two cute kids, behind the wheel of his car at the race track, or in the fall, rooting for the Texas A&M Aggies and the Stanford Cardinal.
