Adam B. Lavinthal is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.

Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Mr. Lavinthal served as a Deputy Attorney General in the State of New Jersey Attorney General's Office, in the Environmental Protection Group. There, he managed a complete litigation docket through all stages of the litigation process, handling matters involving the Spill Compensation and Control Act, Water Pollution Control Act, and the Underground Storage of Hazardous Substances Act.
