Adam Furst is Counsel to Lowenstein Sandler’s Tech Group. Adam focuses his practice on patent prosecution and patent portfolio development and strategies. In addition, he is involved in drafting and negotiating various technology license and joint development agreements, as well as assisting with those aspects of financings and acquisitions that impact intellectual property rights. Adam has worked and advised clients in a variety of industries including wireless and mobile devices, enterprise software, data and content security, intrusion detection, storage, hardware and controllers, and thermal management.
Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Adam was an integral part of a venture-backed thermal management startup. He has previous experience as Associate General Counsel at a cloud-based GRC vendor and as a patent attorney.
