Alison S. Fraser is an associate in Lowenstein Sandler’s Corporate Department and a member of the Specialty Finance practice group. Ms. Fraser represents publicly traded and privately held companies, private equity firms and hedge funds in mergers and acquisitions, private placements and securities offerings, preferred stock investments, corporate formation, corporate governance, corporate reorganizations and general corporate matters.
Ms. Fraser also advises companies in connection with corporate governance matters and public company reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, New York Stock Exchange Listing Rules and NASDAQ OMX Rules.
Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Ms. Fraser was an associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP in New York City. Previously, Ms. Fraser also served as an intern in the New York office of the Division of Enforcement at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
