Andrea M. Cunning is Counsel to Lowenstein Sandler's Corporate Department. She focuses her practice on international M&A, corporate divestitures, cross-border transactions and corporate governance matters. Ms. Cunning's experience has also included work with structured certified capital company investments, credit and security agreements, promissory notes, non-disclosure agreements, and license agreements.
Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Ms. Cunning was an associate with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US LLP in New York, NY. She was previously Senior Counsel to Newtek Business Services, Inc and has held several other corporate and law firm positions, including In-house Counsel at Bunge North America, Inc.
